What uses a credit?

Finding an address you can see. A search that finds nothing uses no credit, and opening the same result again uses no credit.

Do credits expire?

No. There is no monthly fee and nothing renews.

Can I see whether you found someone before I buy?

Yes. You can run up to 3 searches a day and we will tell you whether we found a confirmed address. The address itself opens once you have credits.

What if a company hides who has an address?

Some mail providers will not confirm addresses at all. We tell you when that happens, and it does not use a credit.
