Findy is run by StartupHub.ai. This page explains what we store and why. To ask anything, or to use your rights under data protection law, email [email protected].

If someone searched for you

A customer who already knows your name and company can ask whether a work address exists for you. We work out likely addresses and ask your mail provider whether they exist. No message is sent to you. We do not publish a directory of people, and there is nothing to browse.

We use work contact details for business contact, which we consider a legitimate interest. You can object at any time. Remove your address and we will never return it again.

How long results are kept

• A search nobody paid to open is deleted after one day.
• A search a customer opened stays in their account for 90 days, then is deleted.
• A removal request is kept as a one-way code, so we can keep blocking the address.

If you are a customer

We store your email address, your credit balance, your purchases and your searches. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card number. Sign-in and removal emails are sent through SendGrid. The mail providers we check are asked only whether an address exists.

To count daily previews we set a cookie and keep a one-way code made from your network address. Two more cookies keep you signed in and connect a search to your browser. We use no advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
