Findy is run by StartupHub.ai. By using it you agree to these terms.

Credits

Packs are one-time purchases. A credit is used when we show you an address we confirmed. Credits do not expire and nothing renews. To ask for a refund of a pack you have not used, email [email protected].

What we promise

A confirmed address means the mail provider told us it exists at the time we checked. We cannot promise that it stays active, that the person reads it, or that your message will be delivered.

How you may use Findy

You may use Findy to contact people for genuine business reasons. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and the rules where the recipient lives. You may not use Findy to harass anyone, to send spam, to find an address someone asked to be removed, or to resell our results as a data product.

We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

Findy is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date below when we do. Pack prices may change for future purchases, and credits you already bought stay as they are.
